There are 4 sets of statements divided into two sections. Section One is A and B, Section Two is C and D. In Section One choose yes to either A or B, and Section Two choose yes to either C or D. You should have one yes and one no in each section. Remember, choose one group of statements in each section you think or feel best describes you.
