With a Law Degree and a Masters in Counseling Psychology she brings over 25 years of experience as an employment lawyer, harassment and discrimination investigator, certified conflict mediator, counselor, and trainer. Tracy uses her broad base of education and experience to analyze and clarify the issues and obstacles that interfere with the health and the success of an organization and its individual members. As a certified trainer in the use of the Personality Color Indicator (PCI)™ and the Ritberger Personality Method™ Tracy developed her Four Color Leadership System to bring the power of this incredible tool into organizations of all kinds.
