With 25 years experience in Worksite Wellness, Health Promotion, Safety and Prevention, Michele Mariscal offers a unique ability to address the health of the workplace. Treating the productivity of the work environment as a function of the individual health of those interacting in the environment, her approach yields individual satisfaction and organizational growth. Operating from a background in risk management, she effectively targets interventions to affect the bottom line. Michele implements the tools of the Ritberger Personality Method™ as a bridge to individual and team success, and improved productivity. She finds this methodology a powerful tool for self-discovery and appreciation of differences, allowing for greater collaborative efforts in the workplace. Michele's goal in training and facilitation is to have participants transcend the ordinary , business as usual , paradigm to ask the question "what's possible if we facilitate and capitalize on bringing each other's strengths forward?"
