Founder and President, Lisa A. Clayton offers more than 25 years' experience in the professional training and consulting industry. As an independent business consultant and founder of Source Potential, Inc., she has provided training, consulting services and learning solutions to such clients as American Express, G.E. Capital, HSBC, Alcatel-Lucent, Carlton Senior Living and Cornerstone. Her expertise in Customer Service, Leadership, Global Diversity and Inclusion as well as Communication and Team Building programs has contributed to successful global training deployments, facilitator certifications, learning sustainability tools and project management for these clients.

She has developed a unique learning methodology which promotes development of individual potential and application of learning concepts. This methodology is being recognized by organizations as a preferred choice for training events, conference venues, workshops and executive coaching sessions. Her first book release will be in 2010: " Rediscovering Your Source Potential: Shifting Learning for Passion, Power and Performance." The book focuses on the unique Source Potential learning approach that has been proven to increase performance levels.

Lisa contributed two years building a worldwide customer service training company until spinning off to form Source Potential, Inc. She directed all training design, development and delivery systems, as well as sales and marketing strategies. Past clients include Bank of America, Charles Schwab and Intuit.

Lisa spent eight years as a Senior Consultant and Global Project Manager for Achieve Global, a worldwide professional training firm. She traveled throughout the world developing master facilitators to deliver Achieve Global products. Her background also features extensive analysis and original creation of leadership, coaching, service and sales quality and diversity training. She has extensive experience working with various cultures throughout the world and is certified in cultural competency models.

Skilled in working with leaders at all levels, Lisa conducts organizational assessments, facilitator and learning improvement workshops, as well as executive coaching to support change initiatives. Lisa is a certified trainer in the Personality Color Indicator (PCI)™ and delivers the assessments to all her present clients for teambuilding and coaching sessions. Her creative approach and motivational techniques leave a powerful impact on customer experiences and provide a direct link to better business results.
