Kathryn Matsuo is the founder of Kathryn Matsuo and Associates, a management consulting firm offering performance consulting, training, and leadership coaching to individuals and organizations. She possesses over 30 years of executive-level experience in state government and has led diverse types of programs, including an employee wellness program for a large governmental agency. Ms. Matsuo's broad-based experience includes organizational development, leadership coaching, workforce planning and management development, and personality assessment and communication training.

Ms. Matsuo is a certified trainer for both the fundamental and advanced levels of the Ritberger Personality Method™, and uses this distinctive and pragmatic approach to successfully coach and train thousands of individuals and management teams in the public and private sectors. She offers her clients a unique perspective on individual and organizational dynamics through her personality workshops, which have been widely and enthusiastically received.
