The relationship with self and others develops the core theme in every individual's life. Assisting and training people in how to create health and wellness in their daily lives ~ at work and home ~ brings joy to Brenda's life.

Unique programs are developed in the language needed to fit within the environment in which she is invited to participate. An office, therapeutic program and yoga studio are quite different; and yet, people have an underlying desire that remains the same: to lead healthy, happy, balanced and prosperous lives.

Stress reduction is a number one motivator for many individuals and dis-ease and dis-comfort follow closely behind. Tools to reduce stress first and aid in establishing core strength in any situation are extremely advantageous.

The Ritberger Personality Method ™ is a proven method that strengthens one's knowledge of self and brings about mental clarity and focus. Brenda is a graduate of the Ritberger Institute. Her training in yoga, meditation (mindfulness), and bodywork provides complementary tools for this method of self-knowledge. She enjoys bringing her knowledge, expertise and training back to the corporate world where she initially began her career.

renda's career in the legal profession and real estate industry ended when she decided to enter the world of motherhood and learn the essential skills of parenting. This led her on a search to discover what really causes an individual to have particular innate traits and how these affect relationships, either by enhancing or deterring them from their personal power and internal drive.

In 1992 Brenda took her business expertise and co-founded a non-profit school for children of all ages where she served as Corporate President and staff member for eighteen years. The school combined education with everyday living skills; i.e., money management, forming/running businesses, and democracy in action. Each student was supported to learn and progress at their own pace.

During these years, Brenda developed artistically through photography, managed a commercial photography studio and began her studies of the art and science of healing.

She now educates a variety of individuals through corporate programs, in private organizations and in her office at The Radiant Health Center.
