Allie Bergman is a Senior Associate with Kathryn Matsuo and Associates. With more than 20 years of experience in the training and development field, she possesses exceptional skills as a trainer, facilitator, and manager of training organizations. Ms. Bergman has created successful training organizations from the ground up, led training and continuing education programs for large public agencies, and designed and conducted major training events. She is experienced in organizational effectiveness, needs analysis, curriculum design, train the trainer programs, and return on investment strategies, and has a special interest in workforce and leadership development at all organizational levels.

Ms. Bergman holds certification as a trainer of both the fundamental and advanced levels of the Ritberger Personality Method™ and uses this unique approach to successfully train individuals and management teams in both public and private organizations. She is a member of the American Society for Training and Development and holds a Management Certificate from the University of the Pacific.
